Education and Bar Admissions

Christopher J. Zangari graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1990 and the Quinnipiac College School of Law in 1995 before beginning his law practice in Warwick, Rhode Island. He was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1995, Massachusetts Bar in 1996, Connecticut Bar in 1997, Rhode Island Federal Bar in 2000 and the Massachusetts Federal Bar in 2001.

His experience as a zoning board solicitor three towns in Rhode Island as well as private client representation gives Mr. Zangari a thorough and unique perspective and understanding of the issues to better advise his clients. Condominium Association Representation

Mr. Zangari represents and provides counsel to condominium associations in Rhode Island so the associations can address the wide scope of issues that confront them whether from their membership, executive board or third parties. Election of officers, amendments to Declarations and Buy-Laws, Liens for unpaid assessments and a variety of other matter confront Associations on a regular basis.
